Rhyddid means freedom, and everything we offer is designed to empower artists, vocalists, and creatives with excellence, integrity, and care. By booking a session, engaging with our services, or using this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

These Terms exist to honour your time, protect my time, and create a safe, professional environment for creative growth.

1. Who May Use This Website

​

Visitors must be 18 years old to purchase services.

If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must complete payments and oversee all communication.

​

2. Services Provided

​

Rhyddid Records offers:

• Vocal coaching (1:1 sessions, 30-60 minutes)

• Artist development & mentorship

• Songwriting sessions

• Studio-quality recording of vocals (remote)

• Group workshops (monthly, capped at limited numbers)

• Creative consultations by agreement

​

Services may be offered in person in person or online via Zoom or Google Meet.

​

I may update, adjust, pause, or discontinue services at any time to improve quality, protect client wellbeing, or honour ministry commitments.

​

3. Booking Policy

​

All sessions are booked through Calendly unless stated otherwise.

Availability is typically:

​

• Tue & Thu: 6-9pm

• Sat: 9am-12pm (plus monthly workshops)

​

You agree to provide accurate contact details and join the session on time.

Late arrivals cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time.

4. Payment Terms

​

• All payments must be made online via Stripe (or any payment provider displayed at checkout).

• Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

• Prices are listed in GBP and may be updated at any time.

• Discounts, ministry sessions, or free sessions are offered at my discretion and not guaranteed.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

To honour both our schedules:

​

• Client cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled once per booking if requested more than 24 hours before the appointment.

• If I need to reschedule, you will always be offered a new date or a full refund.

​

No-shows are not refunded.

​

6. Group Workshops

​

• Group sessions have a set maximum capacity.

• Your spot is confirmed only once payment is received.

• Workshop fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Rhyddid Records.

7. Creative Work & Intellectual Property

​

Client Materials

​

Any lyrics, recordings, references, or creative materials you provide must belong to you or be used with the legal right to do so.

​

Work Created for You

​

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

​

• You receive a license to use the recordings, songwriting, or creative work for your personal or commercial projects.

• Rhyddid Records retains the right to use non-sensitive material for portfolios, demos, or promotional examples, unless you request otherwise.

Copyright

​

All content on this website - including tutorials, branding, videos, text, and imagery - is owned by Rhyddid Records and may not be reused without written permission.

8. Conduct

​

Rhyddid Records is a safe, honour-filled environment.

Clients agree to:

​

• Communicate respectfully

• Refrain from abusive or inappropriate behaviour

• Follow sessions guidelines

I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a session (with refund) if safety, comfort, or integrity is compromised.

9. Technology Requirements

​

For online sessions, clients are responsible for:

​

• Stable internet connection

• A quiet environment

• Necessary equipment (mic/headphones optional but recommended)

​

If technical difficulties arise on the client's end, the session may not be extended.

​

If technical issues arise on my end, the sessions will be rescheduled at no cost.

​

10. Limitation of Liability

​

Rhyddid Records is not liable for:

​

• Technical issues beyond my control

• Loss of recordings due to client equipment

• Vocal strain or injury resulting from failure to follow guidance

• Decisions you make in your musical career or business

​

Sessions are educational and supportive, not medical or therapeutic.

​

11. Changes to Terms

​

These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect new services, pricing, or legal requirements.

Continued use of the website or services indicates agreement with updated terms.
